Mole Removal question? - broken capillary on lip

I have a wart on his upper lip and I can not stand it im sooo self conscious that I think that is very attractive.

When I see a plastic surgeon about this? or just a normal skin and laser center? I had some laser broken capillaries and perform a deletion of about 500 mol (with a dermatologist first glance)

It is a better choice? Anyone who has experience with this healing on the price?
