I do a lot of restoration and has recently decided that I needed in a few boxes of pots for the hot steam-table investment. Everyone continues to recommend eating Cambro boxes for me to keep warm - but how do they work? Simply put in the hot pan and close the lid? They have hot water, get to the bottom? Whether the food is kept in the kitchen? Sounds like a silly question - but I do not know about it! Thank you very much!

Hello,
Boxing Cambro keep food temperature, consisting of the temperature in the box, up to 4 clock. There is no other source of heat supplied, such as hot water or sterno. If so much as possible, then the temperature can be kept closed for longer maintained. The food should not cook with the exception of meat on the cooking (MED-MED can rarely go)
